Música y Movimiento: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Join us for a joyful celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month at Imagination Station FTW in Benbrook on Thursday, September 19 at 11:00am!

Location: Imagination Station FTW, 6108 Southwest Blvd, Benbrook, TX 76109
  Date: Thursday, September 19
Time: 11:00 AM- 12:00PM

This special Music & Movement + Sensory Play event is designed just for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. We’ll sing and dance to beloved Spanish and bilingual nursery favorites, exploring rhythm, language, and joy through music and movement.

Afterward, little ones will dive into hands-on sensory play and themed crafts that highlight elements of Hispanic and Latin American culture.

Our sensory bins will include:

Latin American Market Bin – Scoop and sort dried beans and pretend produce from a traditional mercado.
Fiesta Rice Bin – Brightly colored rice with mini maracas, flowers, and festive decorations for sensory fun.
Desert & Nature Bin – Explore sand, rocks, toy animals, and cactus to connect with nature found across Latin America.

  • Ideal for ages 0–4+

  • Encourages cultural learning through play

  • No Spanish experience needed — everyone is welcome!

Come celebrate community, culture, and connection with us through music, movement, and play!
