Little Yogi & Me: Baby & Me Yoga at Halperin Park
Stretch, breathe, move, and bond with your little one at Little Yogi & Me: Baby & Me Yoga with Oh Gosh Kids! This playful and welcoming parent-and-child yoga class gives caregivers a chance to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and enjoy meaningful movement with their little ones at Halperin Park in Dallas.
Designed especially for parents and caregivers with babies ages 0–9 months, Little Yogi & Me creates a comfortable space where you can participate in yoga without needing to find a babysitter. Your little one is part of the experience! We’ll incorporate your baby into gentle movement, stretching, playful activities, and bonding moments throughout the class.
Whether your baby is snuggled up beside you, enjoying tummy time on their blanket, being held during movement, or simply taking in the experience, there is no pressure to participate perfectly. This class is about giving you permission to move, breathe, connect, and enjoy time together.
While the class is geared toward babies ages 0–9 months, all children under 4 are welcome.
