Ashley Norman is an early childhood educator, experiential learning designer, and founder of Oh Gosh Kids. With over a decade of experience working in classrooms, afterschool programs, mentorship initiatives, behavioral support, and family programming, Ashley brings a unique perspective on how children learn best.

Her work combines education, creativity, sensory exploration, and connection to help educators and caregivers create environments where every child can thrive.
